The Victorian Academy is thrilled to announce the unveiling of SheVolution global, an inspiring movement designed to support women and children navigating toxic environments—whether in relationships, workplaces, society or at home.
Taking place on October 1, 2024, in Lekki phase 1 Lagos, this year’s theme is “Reclaiming Our Power: Women Transcending Adversity.”
SheVolution shines a light on the silent struggles many women face in toxic situations.
Toxicity can manifest in various forms—through societal pressures, cultural norms, unhealthy relationships, workplace dynamics, and even the social media.
Often, these toxic influences are subtle, making them harder for women to identify and address.
Ms. Victoria Victor, the Founder and CEO of Victorian Academy, shared her passion for this cause, noting that countless women are suffering in silence and often lack the platform to speak out.
She emphasized that SheVolution aims to tackle all aspects of toxicity affecting women today.
A key highlight of the event will be the launch of her two latest books “The Revolving Door and The Writer in The Attic”.
Additionally, SheVolution Global will conduct periodical skills acquisition training and workshops for women and youth, covering essential skills such as coding, data analysis, and content creation, among others.
The event will feature impactful speakers, like Dr Ifeoma Onwugbufor an Author, Researcher & Social Critic, Ade Koyejo Alabi a Life Coach & Behavioural Change Expert, Shalom Chris a Brand Strategist, PR Expert, Film Maker & COO of SheVolution global, Promise Onasami an Author & Writer, Ilona Parunakova a 10× Best Selling Author & TEDX Speaker, and of course the founder of SheVolution global Victoria Victor an Author, Writer, Personal Brander & Leadership/Busines Coach.
To take the attendees before the throne is a renoun gospel worshipper Felicia Abiola.
On the panel section is Amb. Unyime-Ivy King, the CEO of Heritage Treasure Trove Communications Ltd and a passionate writer who will share some insights on handling grief while also juggling the challenges of keeping both family and business together.
Princess AJ, a Digital Marketer, will share reasons for communication gap in families and how to break that barrier while Ayoola Olasukanmi a Bio Chemist story teller will share insights on the effects of toxicity in families, and propose lasting solutions.
SheVolution is more than just an event—it’s a movement for change.
