President Buhari praised the National Assembly’s leadership and members for passing the two bills so quickly.
He called for more cooperation between the Executive and Legislative Arms of government for the good of all Nigerians shortly after signing the budget.
President Buhari presented a budget estimate of N16.391 trillion on October 7, but the National Assembly increased it to N17.127 trillion on December 28, which was transmitted to the President.
