President Buhari praises the Super Eagles’ strong start at AFCON

President Muhammadu Buhari has praised Nigeria’s Super Eagles for a strong start to the 33rd Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Cameroon, where they defeated Egypt 1-0 in a group stage match on Tuesday.

The President, like millions of football-loving Nigerians, believes that the spectacular performance in Garoua, Cameroon is a preview of what to expect from the dedicated team when they face other opponents in the tournament.
