JUST IN: President Putin Ready To Negotiate With Ukraine

Russia has reportedly shown readiness to negotiate with Ukraine in order to end the on going war between the two nations.
Dmitry Peskov, Kremlin Spokesperson made this known in response to the request of the Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky, Cable News reports.
A statement by Peskov said; “Following Zelensky’s proposal to discuss the neutral status of Ukraine, Putin can send representatives of the Ministry of Defence, the Foreign Ministry and his administration to negotiations with the Ukrainian delegation.
“Vladimir Putin is ready to send a Russian delegation to Minsk in response to Zelenskiy’s proposal,” the statement said.
