The Nigerian Institute of Journalism (NIJ) recently celebrated its annual Students’ Week, a special period dedicated to students and designed to promote learning, creativity, culture, sports, and entertainment.
This year’s theme, “Brains and Vibes,” perfectly reflected the balance between academic excellence and social engagement that characterized the week-long celebration.
From fashion and music to culture, sports, public speaking, and entertainment, the campus remained vibrant throughout the event.

The Brains: Celebrating Academic Excellence
Before the entertainment activities began, Students’ Week provided an opportunity to showcase the intellectual strength of NIJ students.

The final event of Students’ Week was the Dinner Party and Awards Night.
Unlike the energetic atmosphere of previous events, the dinner offered a more elegant and formal setting. Students appeared in stylish outfits as they gathered to celebrate the successful conclusion of the week-long activities.
