In preparation for the 2023 general elections, Governor of Edo state Godwin Obseki says he will mobilize over 12 million youth to secure victory for the opposition Peoples Democratic Party PDP.

Governor Obaseki was speaking at the PDP national youth movement inauguration ceremony of her national executives councils in Abuja.

Obaseki represented by Deputy national youth President Hon. Timothy Osadolor said the importance of the youths in every election can not be over emphasized noting that every serious political party must focus more attention on youths as they represent huge percentage of the population.

The National president PDP youth movement comr. Salahudeen lukman said it is high time youth began to hold elective offices.

Salahudeen in his speech revealed the gains of harnessing the strength of youths going in the elections in 2023 to show that youths are the engine room of electoral process.
