Senator Dino Melaye reacting to the incident has stylishly celebrated the humiliation of the leaders of the PDP by some Atiku supporters in Lagos State. In his post which he shared on Twitter, he said, ”In Lagos today, Baba Bode and G-5 Governors buy market.”
The Member of the Peoples Democratic Party, Reno Omokri has seen this as a set-back for the PDP in the negotiation. According to him, it’s not a tactical approach to solving the problems in the party. He said, ”It is unwise to attack Chief Bode George and the G5 Governors. There is nothing to gain by doing that. Let us leave room for reconciliation. Even if they insult, it is not the end of the world. No matter how slim the chances of reconciliation are, still take it!”
