Going by what have been going on in the our dear country, Nigeria, it seems that nothing positive, good, virtuous or noble exist in the giant of Africa where over 200,000,000 people live.

And with the high level of insecurity of lives and property; wanton killings here and there; kidnappings with attached demand for ransoms that can be in millions; rape of the innocent vulnerable minors in the society.

Promises by politicians, dereliction of duty by the judiciary. The police and all the security agencies in country have lost the purposes and objectives of being created.
Our lawmakers are no longer available, accountable, responsible for the wellbeing of the citizens they claim to represent.

There is a gross dislocation of social order – just like using your fork to drink tea or eat pap, and your table spoon to pound boiled yam in the mortar. This is picture of things in the country right now.

What do we do? What can do?
We have to disrupt this odd and ugly social order and rearrange the system so that instead of displaying our worst, even with pride and arrogance, our virtues, our values, the noble characters in us all, will be showcased and exhibited. We restore trust that’s the currency in human relations.

HOW? SEE THE OPERATION MECHANISM.
Each state, and Abuja are made to inherit 1000 marks which we call SEED MARK (SM).

It’s by adding or removing from this SM that they can we or lose in the competition.
Adding more marks is by showcasing, by displaying the innate Godliness, virtuous characters that add values to humanity, that enhances life to the living. Once that’s done particularly by those in the state government, ten marks are added to the SM of the state.

For instance, Abia State just signed a bill that takes care of the elderly in the state from sixty years and above. Thus, it now has ten marks added to the inherited 1000 marks (SM). Her position in the CPC is first by having 1010.

In Edo State, an indigene, Prince Etu gave scholarships to physically challenged children, and that fetches his state ten marks. So Edo and Abia are above others in the competition with 1010 marks each.
That’s how we go – manifesting the character of God in us.

In this Week 1 Month June, the maiden edition, the states are competing in four major areas: Education, Health, Infrastructures and Welfare. Comparatively, states have advantages over others. It’s this advantages we are looking for in every state.

We are now in mock version of the competition which will last for four months. By this mock version, we are testing the efficacy of the game. So no trophy will be won and no cash will be given to the winners but we will declare the winners and the losers.

By the time the mock is over, we then enter the real competition for a full year. Mock ends in September and in October, the real competition begins in earnest!
All of us will be seeing the performances of the states and that of Abuja, the F.C. T.
THE PRIZE, THE TROPHY.

The state that has highest SM becomes the winner. The governor will be given the trophy. As for cash of one billion Naira (N1bn), the widows, the physically challenged and the orphans in the state are the ones that will receive the cash. Then the competition enters another season of the competition immediately.
It’s now very important to know and gather data on the widows, orphans and the physically challenged in every state.

SCORING THE PENALTY
A smart state can overtake others by scoring when a penalty occurs. A penalty scored has 100 marks while ordinary scores have ten marks each.
For instance the state that has the highest JAMB/UTME, or WAEC or NECO exams, will have 100 for each of the three added to her SM. Penalties have life span. If a state scores outside duration, there will be recording or addition of the mark to the SM.
Now, these are the penalties for three months duration. It begins May/June and ends in August.

A.
The state that will give us accurate number of:
1. Widows
2. Physically challenged
3. Orphans in the state.
NOTE: Additional 50 marks will be given to the state which finishes in a month’s time; 20 marks addition for finishing under two months; and 10 marks for finishing before the deadline.

B.
Number of those that:
1. Scored 300 and above in JAMB/UTME.
2. Six As in WAEC
3. Six As in NECO.

NOTE: English and Mathematics MUST be among the scores.

We dedicate this edition to all those Nigerians who suffered and died for the good of Nigerians.
