Chelsea are looking to rebuild the midfield this summer and that means they are looking at not just one top class Premier League midfielder, but two.
We have all heard of the recent interest Chelsea have in Moises Caicedo of Brighton, with a move expected to happen for him very soon now. But it’s been a while since we have seen the second name linked with a move to Chelsea.
Declan Rice has consistently been linked with making a move to Chelsea for years now, under the former ownership and the new ownership. But Chelsea have never been able to prize him away from West Ham. But it’s been confirmed now by The Hammers owner that Rice will be sold this summer, so do Chelsea finally have their chance? Or is it too little too late with Arsenal the ones leading the race to sign him?
90min have a fresh report out today saying Chelsea could try to sign both Caicedo and Rice this summer as their need for midfield reinforcements grows stronger.
