The Lead Counsel for the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Ifeanyi Ejiofor, on Wednesday announced that his team’s appeal between Nnamdi Kanu and the Nigerian government earlier scheduled for hearing on October 11, has been brought forward to Tuesday, September 13, 2022.

Ejiofor disclosed this in a statement obtained by today, 7th September 2022.

Kanu’s legal team expressed its readiness for the separatist leader’s defence in the terrorism charges brought against him by the Federal Government.

According to them, all the “t’s” have been crossed while all “i’s” have been dotted to make the resumption of trial at the Court of Appeal, Abuja, next Tuesday proceed unhindered.

“Our Appeal No: CA/ABJ/CR/ 625/2022; BETWEEN NNAMDI KANU VS FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA, earlier scheduled for Hearing on the 11th Day of October, 2022, has been brought forward to the 13th day of September, 2022,” Ejiofor said.

“ChukwuOkike Abiama is on the throne and shall forever remain on the throne. Your relentless prayers and supplications is positively impacting.
