APC dismisses Atiku’s claim of undermining judiciary.

Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party, accused the All Progressives Congress of hatching a plot to intimidate members of the judiciary in order to improperly influence the outcome of pending cases before the court. The All Progressives Congress has refuted this allegation, and it has been reported that the All Progressives Congress has done so.
In a statement that was released on Saturday in Abuja by the APC National Publicity Secretary, Mr. Felix Morka, it was stated that Abubakar and his party did not provide any evidence to support their allegations that the presidential election that took place on February 25 was characterized by irregularities.
“We would like to bring to your attention a press statement that was issued by a media aide working for Atiku Abubakar, the Presidential Candidate for the PDP.
According to the statement, the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its government are allegedly involved in a plot to coerce members of the judicial system in order to improperly influence the outcomes of cases that are currently pending before the court.
“Atiku Abubakar and his henchmen have not presented any evidence to back up their ludicrous, groundless, and nefarious allegations.
Morka stated that there was nothing in Abubakar’s statement that merited a response from the APC. “Quite frankly, there is nothing in Abubakar’s statement,”
He further stated that the statement lacked substance and cogency, saying that its only conceivable purpose is a childish attempt to float an alibi in order to deflect the shame of a highly probable defeat in court. He added that the statement lacked substance and cogency.
This, he added, was after the former vice president had failed to make out a credible case to justify his bogus claim that he won the most recent presidential election. The claim in question was that he had won the election.
“The election was won by President Bola Tinubu and our party with an overwhelming majority.
