Man 32 who sexually assaulted a 4-year-old niece was arraigned

On the 6th of September 2024, at about 1410 hrs, a case of defilement was transferred from Elemoro Division to Gender Unit, Ikeja.

The complainant reported that on the 3rd of September, 2024, while she was away, her niece, a 4-year-old girl, was sexually assaulted by one Wahaab Ibrahim’m’, aged 32, by inserting his finger into her virgina.

The survivor’s pant, which was stained with blood, was recovered and registered as an exhibit.
The suspect has been arraigned in court on 4th of October 2024.
